The easiest car buying experience I've ever had. Excellent customer service from both Matt and Bob. Matt left me to my own devices to look around the car, but was available for questions and a test drive when I was ready, and rather than try and push me into a purchase, he even tried to send me home to sleep on it and not make a snap decision. When I came back to collect the next day, Bob was friendly, chatty, no pressure to get the deal done and get rid of me even though I'm fairly sure I delayed his lunch, sorry Bob ;-) A great price for the car I bought, and a very fair trade-in offer, all done with no pressure, and smooth as a very smooth thing. Highly recommended, this is what the car buying experience should be like.
