The chaps at Grantham Car Shop could not have made my purchase any easier, especially given the restrictions of lockdown. They were friendly, not at all pushy and answered all my questions. I haven't bought a car from a dealer before and was quite worried but they made it so straightforward. It was also nice to buy from a small place with a couple of friendly staff who clearly care about their giving their customers a good experience. Five stars all round.

Due to covid restrictions i couldn't go and see the car, let alone test drive it. The people I dealt with over the phone were very professional and knew their job. There were lots of photos of the car on AutoTrader including the interior. None of them showed the rip in the drivers side bulsta.

Nothing is hide intentionally from our customers on these pictures. During the lock down period all our customers have a 14 day period to return the car to us for a refund if they are not happy. I bought a Transit from here after seeing it on Autotrader. I travelled 150 miles wondering if I was going to find the van as described. Happily it was exactly as described warts and all (just minor stuff). The price was right and I was delighted that I had not wasted my time, as I had with some other larger van sales dealers.The owner is a straightforward chap with an honest approach to business. I am a very satisfied customer,and will be buying from here again.

Bob made the whole process of buying a car ridiculously quick and easy! Viewed on a Sunday, paid a deposit, the car was MOT'd during the week and ready for collection the following Sunday (1st September - could have had it earlier but that would have wasted tax!) We did the bank transfer before setting off, and then the handover was done without any delays making this the fastest and least stressful car purchase we've ever done! Thanks Bob!
